Alessandro Boninsegna

Artcheologist

Born in Bologna in the last century, he initially dreamed of becoming a bus driver. However, after being frequently taken by his parents to visit castles, churches, and museums, he developed an enduring — if somewhat unhealthy — passion for studying the past. After spending nearly fifteen years working on archaeological excavations, he founded Historia Valorizzazione Beni Culturali, a company dedicated to making culture more accessible to everyone. He currently works at the Belriguardo Civic Museum, in the province of Ferrara, Italy.
